Founded in 1967 Centennial Foodservice is a 100% Canadian owned company that operates nine distribution and processing facilities in Western Canada and Toronto, Ontario.

As Western Canada’s leader in seafood, poultry and premium meats, Centennial Foodservice specializes in “center of the plate proteins” as well as custom processing and “made to order provider” of more than 17,000 quality products.

We look forward to working with Cargill, our certified sustainable packer, in supplying those customers with quality beef raised by ranchers who are committed to sustainability.

What you should know about us...

We view our role in the supply chain, as important as all of the other Chain of custody sectors, because we are the final phase of the supply chain that processes and transport the finished products that are certified to CRSB's sustainability standards, to the foodservice industry and small box retail outlets.

We are very proud that Centennial Foodservice has the vision and integrity to allocate focused resources to such an important initiative of sustainability in the Canadian Beef industry.
