Our Sustainable Practices

Some of the practices we are focusing on are reducing our carbon footprint, food wastage, packaging, water and energy consumption, recycling, and shortening our supply chain.

We have recently added the CRSB Certified logo on our menu to show how important sustainability is, and our commitment to supporting the sustainable practices of Canadian beef farmers and ranchers, and all involved in the beef supply chain.
