CRSB takes complaints seriously and is committed to resolving them as expediently as possible.
Reported incidents will be treated with confidentiality and anonymous complaints are also accepted. Every complaint will be investigated.

The complaints and appeals procedures are not intended to verify legal compliance or endorse any activity as meeting legal requirements that may apply to an individual operation.

Certification Services
CRSB approved Certification Bodies are required to maintain a formal complaints process.
For complaints and appeals related to an auditor’s or Certification Body’s decisions or performance please first contact the Certification Body.

CRSB Claims and Marks Use
Every effort is made to ensure that all use of CRSB Claims is in accordance with CRSB Certified program requirements, policies and procedures. If you see a CRSB Certified label or name you think is being mis-used, please report it to us by completing the form below or contact complaints@crsbcertified.ca.   

If you would like to appeal a decision regarding use of a CRSB Mark or Claim, please contact complaints@crsbcertified.ca. CRSB will work cooperatively with you to ensure compliance with all standards, requirements and processes.
