The complaints and appeals procedures are not intended to verify legal compliance or endorse any activity as meeting legal requirements that may apply to an individual operation. Every effort is made to ensure that all use of CRSB Claims is in accordance with the CRSB Certified program requirements, policies and procedures.
To report possible non-compliance related to CRSB Claims, and the Communications, Claims and Labelling Manual, complete the form below.
Identifying information will be kept confidential. Anonymous complaints are also welcome. Every complaint will be investigated.
If you have applied for, and been denied use of a CRSB Mark, and would like to appeal the decision, please contact complaints@crsbcertified.ca. CRSB will work cooperatively with you to ensure compliance with all standards, requirements and processes.
